There are many options to suit your individual requirements. Choose from 3 styles, numerous decorative grilles and two finishes. For simplicity we list a range of 12 widths, 8 heights and 3 depths – There are thousands of combinations, the possibilities are endless! However if you still find you need an 'in between' size select the next size up and add your specific need into the 'Special Instructions' on the online order form at the 'Checkout' stage. NEW - We can now provide a choice of paint finishes and real wood veneered MDF (as per our Fully Assembled section) but available flat packed.

Old England (Classic) - A classic design with shaped feet, curved edge top shelf and all leading edges are rounded over or chamfered.	New England (Modern) - A modern design with smooth elegant lines, it has a square plinth, all edges are chamfered and the top shelf has cross cut corners as a safety feature.	Studley Based on the traditional Old England design, it has additional shaped skirting on the lower rail and decorative edged shelf with rounded corners. Click image for larger view.

Our made-to-measure flat pack covers offer excellent value for money, and give you the opportunity to create your own unique piece of furniture that is both functional and decorative. All packs include easy to follow step by step assembly instructions with diagrams and “quick tips”, as well as all fixings.

Flat Pack Quick Size and Price Guide
The price of your cover is based on the Internal Width and choice of grille . Within the ranges listed your choice of height or depth does not affect the price, except where the height is greater than the width when the price charged is based on the next largest width. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Internal Height: Choose from 460, 535, 610, 685, 760, 835, 910, 990mm sizes. Internal  Depth: Choose from 100, 122, 150mm sizes. Email if your size exceeds any of the maximum sizes.

Optional Extras
Add on these amounts to obtain the total price for each cover.

1. Thermostatic valve cut out £5 or Hatch  £15 - see 'News' section for some images of hatches and choice of handles. Wooden normally fitted but if you prefer an alternative put your handle choice into 'Special Instructions' at the checkout.
2. Skirting board cut out £10. Straight up with a curved top to your dimensions.
3. Pre primed and undercoated in white
   • Sizes up to and including 1065mm = £25
   • Sizes above 1065mm up to and including 1675mm= £30
   • Sizes above 1675mm up to and including 2285mm= £35
4. Covers made in wood veneered board (light oak, pine, beech or sapele (mahogany colour) and grilles add £35 up to 1065mm, £50 up to 1675mm and £65 over that. A choice of oils and varnishes are available from £25 - £70. Best to email to check availability and for further details.
5. For a fully finished cover in Satin White, Satin Antique White (cream), Gloss White or Satin Black, select the Pre-primed option and in 'special instructions' at the checkout state 'finished in' and the choice of your colour. The additional cost is the same again as the primer cost - this won't appear on your order summary; we will arrange to add it before your card is charged. For any other colour email to check that we can source a suitable colour match, if so this will be £20 per litre.

Please note; as Options 1,2, 3,4 & 5 are classed as non standard items and cannot be returned to stock, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund on radiator cabinets to which these features have been added.
